Bought a 130 last December full mot , I normaly take it to the local garage to get mot done , but as it is a class 7 i had to take it to another garage no proplem , until the bloke came to do the paper work he went a bit mental saying i had 5 months left on the mot and why was i wasting his time , I was very polite and told him that all my veh are mot'd in the summer months ,as Im very busy in the winter ,no time for mot and also it's better sorting out proplems when there is more light and it's dry and warm , does anyone else do this ?

yep mine are all done in summer nothing worse than crawling around in the dark/wet winter months trying to get it through.

Though i suspect a lot of people just take it to a garage and say mot please, do whatever it needs! so they wont have to worry about the above haha

if i hear a squeek or rattle it gets fixed, that way the mots are always a doddle, i always have my road tax and mot expiring at different times though :thumbup1:
