Credit to the dealer, they have rung me today and made apologies for not getting back to me.

 

Someone at the show made them aware of Arbtalk and this thread and they have rung me as a result without being contacted by bandit.

 

Andy, one of the sales team who used to be an engineer has asked me to arrange to get the machine to their northern workshops for an hour or two and they will replace the bottom roller with a modified one.

 

He says this seems to fix the problem with feedwheel jamming.

 

If it does I will post the results.
