Hi mate... you can make one free sub to your team each gameweek.... If you make more than one change [which you can do] then every more change after one player will cost you four points !!

 

Alternatively, you can play a 'wildcard' which means you could change your whole team, incurring no points loss - Although you can only do this once during the whole season !!!

 

Go to the Transfers page... once your happy with the team changes then confirm and it will say you can play wildcard or lose points.

I'm keeping track of who is in my fantasy team by looking at the back pages of the newspaper and seeing who is currently either suspended or out with an injury. If I finish above bottom spot it will be a Miracle!!!
