tracked chipper

any advice on tracked chipper before i buy/hire one . what make would you suggest i dont require a huge machine as wood will be kept for logs so ithink 6inch would be enough?also what is the weekly or monthly rate to hire as i would like to try first thanks in advance:001_smile:

thanks stephen .the job is in hardwood mainly sycamore with the wood being retained by the owner so only 3 inch down needing chipped back on the ground.i might be going in with them on anew machine and would really like to know what i should be looking at. im thinking 3or4 weeeks chipping . trees are 30feet and needing thinned. the ground is good, odd soft bit, do they sink very easy ,can you text me your rate for the chipper and i can get a price made up for the job, he may decide to leave the branches but this is next to a walk to an old chapel and would look unsightly imo (need educating some folk:sneaky2) sorry number is 07740678926:blushing:
