Since christmas, it was a presant from my folks for christmas and my 30th.

 

I just use it on the auto setting or sometimes when I take pics of the dogs put it on to kids pets. Its just such a wast that I cant use the functions correctly.

 

Im not sure about about poloshing the scratch out, i think it could make things worse, as the light hits the lens it cold be distorted.

 

I looked up canon and you can send it of for the lens to be replaced but I dont know the cost.
