Can beat that with BBQ of one whole hind of Venison, butcher by me and served in finely cut steaks.

everyone at the BBQ tried it and that makes a change when the hind was butchered infront of everyone.

Just melted in the mouth, we had some beef steak from the local butcher, which, in comparison to the venison, was like chewing leather.

Glass or two of a nice chilean cabernet washed it down nicely though :)

Chilean caberet??

Mine was washed down with five cans of carling
