all my saws are stihl, and all of them leak a bit of oil, never been a problem or caused them to run differently. however this is after a days work, have you run the saw up and then left it?

i have a 200t, ms260, 039, husky 365 and a 357 and currently keeping hold of a 340 for a friend, all of these leak some oil, the huskys do actually leak more. the 357 and 340 have been sat for a while but leak oil, the 039 isnt too bad but the 200t and 260 both leak oil

i think the easy answer is, after you run the saw oil drips off where the oil pump out onto the bar and chain. all saws do it. they are not clean. dont put one in you gf/wifes car boot.
