i have recently modded the muffler on my 260, but i am yet to try it in some wood, hopefully this weekend!

 

I opened up the two existing holes marginally and evenly and on the little box on the inside i added a few more holes and made them a fair size, its very discreet and it sounds ace now, i feel it revs up slightly qiucker and seems like there is mroe power there across the band

 

will post up what i find!

Make sure you adjust the H speed jet a little ie richen it up a bit.

is it ok to do that and not cause any problems? just because there is no spark arrestor but idk if that would make a difference if there never was one. ill make the hole a bit bigger then :)

 

my sunday is gonna be fuunnn!
