dean, move the phone into another room, mine is in the basement and we dont have a houseline, we never used it and everyone uses mobiles now, i check it after i put the boys to bed and call them back then.

Dean I don't know if you've tried accusing them of harrassment but apparently it's v effective, mate of mine got bombarded by bt, threatened to report them to the ombudsman for harrassment and never heard from them again, apparently using that word changes the legality somehow.

 

May be worth a shot.

Look up the definition of 'harassment' first; they're probably well used to it and have answers ready along the lines of 'we're being reasonable so aren't guilty of harassment'.

Fair point nepia but I believe it's more about the recipients perception,

 

BUT, just checked definition which described harassment as...."Unsolicited words or conduct which tend to annoy, alarm or abuse another person"

 

I think Dean could argue thats exactly what he's suffering right now:thumbup1:
