We are having some security issues at the yard.:BoomSmilie_anim:

Does anyone have any recommendations for good telescopic security posts and decent suppliers of same.

Thanks.

Just been out to look at the label, which there isn't one and pulled the posts up ( not been used for 2 years) and the locks are seized.

Took me 5 minutes to get round the locks so unless they have updated them I wouldn't bother with these. They were expensive I know that.

They locked up into place and went back down despite being full of water, cant be too bad. Forget them if you live in a clay area or dont have free draining land.

I would dig a test hole 3ft deep, leave it, if it fills with water dont get the buried type because eventually they'll knacker up.

Here's mine

they look proper solid dean but hefty price tag but i suppose they do a 100 times better job though that the cheap ones!

I got them when I had the exhibition unit Matty, the trailer was worth £8K and the stock about £20K all there nice and convenient for our friends to cut off the locks and tow away :laugh1:

I couldn't warrant buying them now though, chippers inside alarmed up

I have just bought hd security chain, a track lock & ground anchor. All excellent commercial grade security . They do a telescopic post . I'm not good with photos and links but Google thief stoppers by lincmaster, their phone number is stickered on timberwolf chippers.

not sure on posts,,, but a big dog maybe would help....

A farm not far away from me had 2 German Shepherds, someone came and nicked some diesel and killed the pair of them. These were big, aggressive dogs too.
