Ridge walking towards crib goch

A different use for the helmet cam.

 

This is walking towards crib goch on friday evening last week, lovely and warm and clear skies at a bout 7pm.

 

Its not edited, just chucked straight onto youtube so don't expect anything exciting to happen! You get the jist of how nice it is up there in the first minute, after that its just more of the same.

got to love north wales i always go up there several times a year my home away from home great rock climbing scene there

One of my favourite walk/scrambles the snowdon horseshoe. Then again I don't think I can honestly say I've ever not enjoyed a day out in the hills, even when they have turned into epics!

Go for it she'll love it even if it's not her thing. Just make sure it's something that she's capable of and will enjoy, ie it could be a walk round a lake ogwen or a trip up to the lost valley in llanberris, or more adventurous a scramble up tryfan. Then find a nice country pub with an open fire and good grub!! Can't beat it.
