A strange thing happened the other day....

Last Tuesday we were taking out this eucalyptus from hell. The owner brought us out a coffee and we started talking.

She said she'd just been diagnosed with MS and was worried about how it would affect her later in life.

I told her about my uncle who was diagnosed about 25 years ago and how it didn't stop him living life to the full.

After talking for a while she went to pick her son up from school.

Within a couple of minutes i got a phone call from my sister telling me this same uncle had just died an hour earlier!!!

It must be 5 years since i last saw him and i've never mentioned him to anyone before.

So this time tomorrow i'll be halfway to Lancs for his funeral and a piss-up.

Sorry for the long rambling post, i'll blame it on the bottle of whisky i'm drinking:drunk:

I had a similar one where I was talking about someone I hadn't seen for years, saying I would have to go and see them.
