Get a a sack of Sawdust some Wood Glue and a Wacker Plate.

Once its all mixed up and Wacked flat,use a long Steel Ruler and Marker Pen to draw the Parket.

Viola! Genuine Parket Oak Flooring!

I bought 30 sq/m of sapele parquet flooring, started cleaning the tongue, groove and backs off, got 3/4 of the way through them and got pee'd off so went to B&Q and bought their dearest oak flooring and laid that instead.

 

Still got the pile of parquet in the garage :laugh1:

I've got quite a bit of timber around Phil and as it's off the Peterson would be all 6" or 8" wide and 1"+ thick. But how much is the surface are you need to cover?

 

But a lot of the stuff I have would need further drying to put it down as a floor.....

My mate charges 70p per meter for 4 sided planing (inc T&G, moudings ect)

 

If its a pattern he does not have plus the knife costs.

 

Wow! I stand corrected:001_cool:.

 

I have only sent one lot of oak ff foor planing and it was through a mate, but he said that it would have been very pricey if for a customer, but then again he had alot of work to do:blushing:
