phycological would be the best way. get a few of your burly mates,transit van grab him one night, take him up the woods, you wont have to lay a finger on him,his mind will do all the work for you ! your mates tell him that a friendof a friend and that if anything happens again they will be back . he will be crying like a baby !

They would probable tell you to give him his chains back,and ask him if he hurt himself while in your yard,you Know tripped over a log that was not properly coned of or the like,so they can do you:thumbsdown:

You have got to prove it first.

 

I am also taking the word of someone who has told me he was told it was them. I am inclined to believe it because it just so happens this guy was walking his dog on a nearby footpath just at the moment I discovered it the morning after.

 

Returning to the scene of the crime so to speak.
