Hey guys

I want to be able to practice some knots, ive got The Tree Climbers Companion and a rock climbing knot book to practice and learn my knots from, but i dont actually have any rope.

Can anyone suggest what i can use to practice my knots with?

i've tried some cheap rope from B&Q but doesnt work very well,

Cheers

i'd say, practice bowlines, running bowlines, midline bowlines, timber hitches, slip knots, figure of 8s, over hand knots, reef knots. the list can go on and on and on bowlines are a bigie though, get em down

we use these all teh time and i'd say that they are the most useful
