Mog losing air/air not building up

Charge the air system with a compressor and the best way to find the fault is to do as stevie said, listen for it

Concentrate your focus near the compressor pump, inside they have little "poppet" valves I call them which basically act as one way valves, they wear and sart to leak air back then the pump just pulses the air rather than pumping it and it will never build up to pressure

They work hard and so things wear out and break, they cost a fortune too maintain IME, but make you a slightly bigger fortune, so it works out OK:thumbup:

 

You need to build up a relationship with AC Price, if you buy all your spares of them, they will give you very good advice over the phone.

thanks for all of your advice guys , it really appreciated . i hope to have the mog working again by the end of the weekend , not sure if i will yet but as always these things only break down when they are most needed .

:confused1:May already have been mentioned but have you checked the air dryer filter and valve if your mog is fitted with 1, had 1 go on a 1650 that I was using and you could not hear the leak because it was venting as fast as the comp was producing air.
