Now that looks pretty plausible! Like a car that has an irregular idle (almost like a light hunt) because the acclerator pedal rheostat has worn where it always starts and finishes, at idle.

we use to put a spoonful in the petrol tank of our old bikes years ago, just for the smell, it turned an old m20 sidevalve into a works Goldie,,, but only in our heads.:thumbup1:

Spooky . We did the same . Also had an M20 ! ( ex WD ) Also a B31 and a B33 but alas not a DBD34 !

I did manage to aspire to a Gold Star, I very reluctantly sold it to finance a house purchase, biggest regret ever,, relationship went south, house got sold, never again will I trust anything that bleeds for 3 days and don't feckin' die.
