After contacting Greenmech UK in regard to purchasing and importing a used chipper from them, I was given the number for someone at Greenmech France, and informed that this would be an easier solution due to paperwork.

Not so good for me as the same machines where a good bit more expensive and the main dealer was a good six hour drive away.

As usual with France, phone calls were made and emails were ignored, no reply was ever received about my enquiry.

It would appear that sales people in France can’t even be arsed to follow up on a guaranteed sale.

I managed to buy a used Greenmech Arb 150 privately in France and it’s been a solid investment.

I quite fancy updating to the new 130 turntable or possibly a 165D if I could ever arrange a demo.

Hopefully I could trade in the Arb 150, if not, I may have a a chipper for sale in the near future and you’re only an hour away from me.
