Another busy day today.

 

The total m3 bags in the end was

In the end there was three of us. My lad feeding the logs in, Wyn working the machine & me sorting any jams, helping on the big logs, fueling the processor & chainsaw, taking the bags away, moving & bagging the saw dust & general dogs body. We could have done slightly more if we were not bagging the logs but not by much.

 

The bags were moved by the 4 tonne digger on a 4 wire sling. Well within the capacity of its lift. We could have used the tractor & front loader but the turning area would have made it hard work to do so.
