Not sure if it was from the start , maybe but because everything was so slow I might not have noticed . Cache cleared . It did it just now when trying to reply to you mate .

I dont know if this is new but cant edit a 2 minute old post? Doesnt matter just odd that I'm sure I used to be able to edit my stuff.

Not sure why but this forum is very slow for me on my iPhone. Not sure if it’s the 10 or so ads below each page that will be slowing it down. 
 

Can’t upload a 20mb video to my page for some reason, uploads at a snails pace when it never used to maybe a few months ago.

Its a bit annoying particually when  using mobile data. Theres no other forums I know of that do it.

 

Perhaps just the latest news/advert item would be sufficient?

I’m not sure why some people are having speed issues, should be faster if anything. Ads load before you get to them, shouldn’t be particularly noticeable when you’re still at the top of the page

Speed seems to vary for me Steve . Right now it almost as quick as before whatever you did to it but earlier this evening I had to quit trying to look at Unread Posts as just would not load .

For all those having issues If you could please let me know what devices, operating systems and browsers you’re using it would be helpful. Also if you notice issues on any particular pages please. Can’t replicate the speed issues my end, so looking for any sort of a pattern to work with

Windows 10 I think Fire fox browser on a desktop . All working fine at the moment .

Spent much of today optimising the site and adserver. Page sizes are now about 70% smaller. Not convinced that's the only reason why some people are experiencing speed issues but it needed doing regardless. Hope to hear some feedback from those with browsing problems

I had this issue again, forum seemed very slow but after a couple attempts the edit worked.
