There is a bloke round this way too, has been moved on after a few years and the site cleared... about 10 days work for 6 men (£1k a day?+ plus kit, waste disposal etc) clearing the site. Started out as just a few bags of stuff here and there till it was too much and the environment people got involved. You'd be surprised how much waste a site can hold!

There is no minimum area for a forestry barn, read the planning book. I got a 15x10m barn on 3 acre (1ha ish) of woodland
