Question

Posted

The tree in my south facing front garden is getting g sadder by the year. I thought at first that it had got too big for its own good and had a gardener cut it back last year. However it’s no better, probably worst.

The shrub around its base is thriving, getting bigger and bushier by the month. Is this the problem and what is the solution to getting a healthy leafy tree.

thanks.

I’ve been Googling all night, what do you think of the possibility of shot hole disease?

I Have no experience but it seems a likely candidate, bacterial canker.
