for thoughs of u intrested pic from the start im just building the cab at the moment and have no pic off it so i will post when i get some more pic. the engine has run on air and awaiting a nice day to steam test it :001_smile:

As a kid I used to go to The Kegworth Steam Fair, now a distant memory. Still great to see steam on the road. Fantastic models you've got there!

Once I get the engine done I will see about gettin over to the cambs club are u a member

Pete its a lot of fun driving them engines on the road as for some reasion people think we can stop as quick as them and cut us up then the fun bit is trying to stop 18 ton off metal lol

they have those small engines at The model club over in Newnham they usually carry about8 adults and 8 kids on the carriages , have you not seen the steam engine in the garage at waterbeach. Im re fitting the wheels for him soon

 

those them stupidly heavy wheels you were on about? what geo nice's garage?

not a member as such they let me tip soil and hardcore there for free

as soon as he gets the wheels back which should be any time soon once fitted im sure he will steam it up
