Getting into arb Cs30 passed today !

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone ! Quick introduction 33 years old just getting into arb passed My cs30 today (Hopefully post is in the right section)

Chuffed would be an understatement.

anyway my question is this I still have my small fell medium fell woodchipper aerial rescue to do and using a chainsaw from rope and harness I should be qualified in all these fields by November of this year 😁

looking into a vehicle I did originally want a 90 pickup as I already have a iforwilliams tipping trailer 8x5 or 4 can’t quite remember never even used it anyway after thinking into it maybe it’s a touch to small for the jobs I am wanting to do mainly domestic tree work I know I am looking quite far ahead thinking of buying a vehicle suitable this soon but I need one anyway and I am one for collecting tools and things well before they are actually needed anyway just thinking would the 110 be better with a tipping body..

I plan on delivering logs locally this winter once I get these ones I have already dry properly and to regs.

I’ve been on this forum since I started messing around with firewood and storing it in Ibc’s for myself but never signed up until today any tips on what not to do would be appreciated and what to stay away from so I don’t have to buy or sell anything to purchase the correct equipment or vehicle/machinery.

many thanks 😀

You need to work for someone else and learn the job before you set up on your own.

Quite right, all the tickets don't make you good at tree work.

Walk before you Run.
