Hello, I live just outside of Cambridge (CB23) and will happily pay for unprocessed wood I can cut up myself and split for firewood. Hardwood, softwood or a mixture is fine, and it can be as knotty/rooty as you like. If it's seasoned, that's a bonus, but I'd not plan on using it for a year or so anyway. We have lots of space with good access so can accept a large amount if easier/better.
