Scenario, tree has large main stem that breaks into multiple stems below breast height. Do you skip the measurement, measure each stem equally, or treat them as a whole?

What is the purpose of the survey?  DBH isn’t an Arb measurement.  It’s forestry and is measured at 1.3m.  Arb measures at 1.5m.  Growing trees in a nursery they measure at 1m.

you'd be the perfect person to ask actually as its specifically with regards the circumference field in the picus software, used DBH incorrectly in the title. Generally leave it blank if its multiple stemmed.
