What are the proper legal checks before removal

Hi.

I have secured a job for my first non-domestic client who wants some trees removed.

I've done my usual checks of the local council maps for any TPO's and the map for conservation areas. There are none. Are there any other checks i'm legally required to make before the job takes place when working for commercial clients?

It doesn't matter that it's a commercial client. What matters is that because it's 'non-domestic' it's probably not in a garden and therefore doesn't have the 'garden' exemption from need for Felling Permission (Scotland) or License (E&W)
