Not got round to doing anything with it as the owner had bought a small brush cutter for all the weeding she needed doing, I have far too many projects on the go.

That is a thread and the starting post was in 2011...much has happened since then.

Never worked on a back pack strimmer to date BTW

my old FR350 had 1 Carb change (that was the very first time i had even looked at a carb) about 3 years ago, I flexible shaft (broke the other on 3'+ grass) about 5 years ago and an air filter just for the hell of it. Now wondering why I sold it:-( . obviously a few heads in that time too.
