Have some sod/old turf I’m looking to get rid of - anyone know where would take it?

If you stack it upside down you shoud have superb loam a few months later......

 

Failing which our local tip takes garden waste, just not from commercially branded vehicles.

Can you put it on local Freecycle or Facebook?

 

Soil only skip cheaper than general waste but still not cheap.

Advertise it locally as free to collect? It makes excellent loam as Waterbuoy says. Some keen gardener or allotmenteer ought to snap it up.

It'll be a 200+ mile round trip so a bit far for me.
