Hello, Im new to this forum, but finding alot of helpfull information!

I have just done my CS30/31, and I have afew people asking if I can do some small tree work in their garden, so Im not looking for a hardcore chainsaw, really because I wont be using it everyday, and also because I cant afford to splash out on one!!! My limit is at about £300, and I know I aint really gonna get a pro saw for that. What do you guys think would be good, or worth it? I have seen brand new 445's kicking about below £300, are they worth it, can you suggest anything else?

Thanks alot!

Cool, urm...why would you say that???

Dont worry, I will be working with one of my work mates, he used to be a chainsaw instructor, so Im not going to flatten anyones house, plus the trees are not complicated fells, no climbing of limbs to come off, Im not going to do anything over my head!

Thanks alot:001_smile:

ha ha, well.....Sorry mate, but unfortunatly seeing as my max limit is £300, and I cant only find one saw that I think is tough enough in my limited price range, Im gonna keep that to myself, sorry for being an ar*e, I wouldnt normally not let on about good deals, and feel a bit shi* doing that, but Im gonna be stuck come the end of the month if I cant find a chainsaw. Hope you dont mind me asking you now, but what do you think of the 445?
