Well the point of tags is to draw attention to/help folk searching for a topic. Since i was trying to let folk know about the wood/price, it kinda seems relevant?

Nah, nothing fishy going on here at all. But thank you for your faith in my entrepreneurship. Just got a good deal locally and passing on the info like a good neighbour 👍

You lot are sooo suspicious 🙄😆

I think there will be a lot of good deals for the upcoming season due to all the windblown previously mentioned. Once thats been sold and folk have to start buying their supplies from timber merchants again I can see the good times ending sharpish, unless there is another severe storm again.

Ive done well out of the Storm. Had 15 trees come down in the Garden that would have been tricky not to drop on the holiday cottages next door, the wind dropped them on the holiday cottage next door and took the responsibility off me. :D

30t of mostly Beech delivered for the fuel cost, so about £200. Cant complain.

I've bought a few stunning Ash Sawlogs for under £100 a ton lately. Whilst this might have always been the price I'd not have had them if there was no ADB.
