NAS was a spin off of Rotatech, after a while they jacked in the NSA part of it and concentrated on the core  business, chipper blade's etc. of Rotatech.

 

That was my understanding of it.

I used to buy Rotatech chains from Northern Arb supplies but now they have changed the name to rotatechproducts.com so it looks the other way round to me.

I think Northern Arb was the original then started making Pyranha chains which they rebranded as rotatech and are now concentrating on instead of general sales.

 

As long as they keep making chains I'm happy.

Speak as you find,the rotatech chains seem absolutely acceptable to me.Possibly/arguably they stretch a tad more on initiall use,but for most people they are absolutely fine.Also they are half the price of say,Stihl chains,if your just doing small fells/firewood/cleaning up trees,I doubt you'll be disappointed.
