Husky 350, advice required

I've got a Husky 350 that I've had from new. I started it for the first time this year and it started smoking from the sprocket cover. The cover got hot quickly so I stopped the saw and removed the cover. I noticed a liquid (fuel/oil?) bubbling where the crankshaft joins the clutch weights. I assume this is not normal. What would you advise?

It was at first...

for how long whilst it was running? the clutch will get hot if it was running a while with the brake engaged and any crud in there will soon start to smoke.

It was idling with the chain brake on for about a minute.

Idling with the brake on should be fine provided the idle speed is not too high that it wants to engage the clutch and spin the chain .

Could be a crank seal leaking .

Maybe the drum bearing is dry and tight on the crank, this will try to turn the drum at idle causing heat to build up, or clutch spring broken or weak again trying to turn the drum at idle.
