Tanaka spares!

Has anyone else had trouble obtaining Tanaka spares? I've had a part for a fairly new machine on back order for 4 months now.

This is a familiar story for parts in general at the moment unfortunately

It's so hard to get info out of any manufacturers - we've not had any Echo 2511 TES saws for now around 4-5 months. And no date or idea of when they are in. It's hard to tell what's going on..

Broke vib mount on echo 360 the other day, found local dealer didn't have one and couldn't give date on arrival, got on Internet will on tea break found Skyland had them put order in at 10.30 and got a email at 12.00 saying despatch turned up next morning in post great service.

I bought 3 new saws, cause of part shortage, job must go on, so now I have everything doubled. Strange times, had problem with spares, for my transit as well.
