Can this be saved

Hi guys, a large limb tore off this Red Pine during storm arwin. The homeowner wants the tree felled for future safety reasons but I was wondering if it could be saved.

What does the balance look like ?

Not good, everything is now on the back side from where pic is taken and a slight lean towards 300 years old walled garden

The tree was either topped out or lost it’s top in a storm, multiple leaders was the result with weak attachment points.

 

They want it out, take it out.

one more question, I do not have the space to fell it due to other trees.

 

do I climb up past this damage and rig it down or smash it through some other trees?

It’ll be fine to rig (a closer look once you’re there is advisable) but keep it small and try to get the groundy to run it.

The only other option I think would be to take the whole top from below the damage with a heaving line tied above then onto a vehicle

I’m swayed towards just rigging it down tho.
