Hi guys, a large limb tore off this Red Pine during storm arwin. The homeowner wants the tree felled for future safety reasons but I was wondering if it could be saved.

do I climb up past this damage and rig it down or smash it through some other trees?

It’ll be fine to rig (a closer look once you’re there is advisable) but keep it small and try to get the groundy to run it.

 

From my armchair of course.
