Still Looking for Self Employed Trainee Climber/Groundsman/Estate Worker in Herefordshire

Im still looking for the right person, I have been all year. 

Based just 7miles south west of Hereford.

Working for a small family run business

Must have own transport

Be self employed

You dont necessarily need experience or tickets, these can be worked towards

50% of the work is tree surgery based

50% is fencing, both agricultural & domestic/ meadow conservation/ habitat management

You would be working as part of a 2/3 man team

Why not? I know they stopped builders being self employed and working full time for the same contractor years ago but believe this isn’t the case anymore🤔. What’s to stop a Arb/ forestry/ fencing contractor working for numerous clients employing sub contractors? Who says so? Not saying your wrong, just curious to know the requirements. Some cracking stuff on your Facebook site by the way👍.

it is just the way employment law is nowadays ...government changed the criteria by which such things are quantified  to help reduce tax/ NI losses to the treasury and to help protect employees rights .
