Makita twin 18v chainsaw vs Milwaukee M18 Fuel?

I’m a bugger for running the electric saws out of oil tbh. I’ll often grab one off the shelf, clip a battery on and use it for one or two cuts, and then stick it back unloved and unchecked. It’s not like a proper saw where oil gets filled when it’s fuelled up!

I got the Dolmar 36v and its a cracking little saw,but when it gets low on oil bar oil it will stutter then stop

I had the same problem at the weekend - the Makita chainsaw was stop/starting, couldn't work it out.  Adding some oil fixed it immediately.  Good little saws (2x 18v rear handle).
