Stuck a flyer in a village shop last weekend, just happened to be a village I dont often pass through so took oppotunity to drop in. No other Firewood flyers on the board, happy days!!

Had 5 orders from that one flyer this week and 4 of them orders have come from people not happy with there previous log guy. Trying to pass off green crappy stuff as seasoned doesnt get you many repeat customers apparently

if you put any flyers out to houses, just make sure they got a chimney:thumbup:

& as for green wood,i personally think that alot of green wood will be sold this year as supply & demand is higher,if its green or got more moisture content than it really should, just be honest & truthfull with your costumers, honesty will get you repeat sales..

Only thing ive been selling for the last two months is semi green ash, but its still going out.:thumbup1:

As said above, any type of advertising needs honesty behind it for a good name:thumbup:

Thats waht i was getting at really, honesty. I tell the customer exactly what their getting when they order it, no come backs then.
