Newbie CS 30/31 passed Looking for work.

Now iv'e passed my cs30/31 im looking for work to get me started in this bussiness, if any one has work for a hard working guy who's new to the scene or knows some good companys to get in contact with could they let me know, I have all PPE, MS260 Stihl Chainsaw, And own transport. Cheers.

First of all, congratulations on passing them. I was in your position less than a year ago and, if I may, I would like to offer some advice. You should take every opportunity given to you, one or more of them will pan out to suit you. Don't get disheartened because breaks take their own sweet time to turn up, but it is all about getting that break and getting known. Use this forum as the valuable resource that it is, and don't take any criticism to heart as it is meant with the best intentions. Finally, let people know where you are prepared to work, whether you have a driving licence, 1st Aid qualifications, etc, anything extra that makes you useful to an employer. Best of luck with it, it's a great job!

Hey Felix first of all i got to thank you for all that advice, I'll take everything you said here onboard, as you say i will take every opportunity that comes my way, im 30 years old and I've been in the building trade for 6 years and with the recession work as been slow,no matter how hard you work as a subby companies look after there own before you are considered, with that i decided to change career, so here i am cs 30/31 tickets and hungry for work, Felix did you offer your services on here to get work or did you ring arb companies
