Exactly! If I was an employer there’s no way I’d have someone that goes off to do that in the team, no matter how well qualified.

Tad harsh and I not religious in any way. It is more to do with attitude and aptitude that makes a good employee! Sitting in the bog on YouTube on the phone you should have left in the locker, standing talking when you should be working or just ambling about pretending to be lost are not excusable at any level. If someone has to/likes to say a few things to their god at odd times in the day and is a good employee, then let them have those few minutes as long as it generally doesn't upset the flow of graft!
