i have a 2 tonne turfor, with cable, recently serviced and tested. its a real turfor and not a wanabe. i would need to keep the handle though as i use it on my other one.

a 3 foot scaffy bar will do the job though, it has shear pins built in so you cant over load it.£250 plus vat plus postage, they are heavy so postage will be quite pricey.

you cant beat a tirfor, i have had one for years and it has been invaluable. you can winch or pull or lift. buxtons do a version as well, i have one of those also and they are awesome too.

it is a handy size geoff, i have a 5 ton one aswell, its a beast to carry about, the little one is a lot easier, but if i ever use a tirfor its on something horrible, so i like to make sure i have enough grunt, and i am not usually the one on the handle:biggrin:
