Are you getting your teeth set?


I’ve sent each blade away up til now. Sharpen and set.

I’ll get the sharpener up and running then maybe do a sharpen or two on each blade before sending them off for a set and sharpen.

I have about 30 bands now. So will keep me going a while.


Not all of us have the cash to spunk loads of money on shiny new toys all the time. ;)

No idea really. Even when I buy a setter I'll not be doing it every sharpen unless its very obvious it needs it.

Would like to know how often though. I can’t have a tap and shank for 2 hours after cos my forearm hurts



You need to spend 10 days in quarantine every 6 weeks. Forearms like steel braided cables.
