Is it the 25hp type? Have you checked the basic things like blades, shear bars and gap? Whats the quality of chip like?

Green trimmings might fall short sometimes if not much stemmy woody stuff with them or if wet but most material will hit the headboard no problem (11 foot long body)

It's the older 35hp? Engine. Chipping into a transit. Blades are changed regularly and the anvil has been changed recently. Switching the chute from a 150 help's a bit, as it's longer, but doesn't throw it as far as a 150.

I've had a chance to look at the fan blades and they are complete although there is a bit of play in the rotor bearing. I've also changed the out let chute from a 150 and this has helped as it is about 6" longer, was this done to save weight?

There is a technical help section under the 'Forum' last which has a link to TW. Try posting in there and give them a chance to respond going forwards.
