I did see a nice daily actually! Similar price to the transit too

What spec and year?

I only have the 2.3l, but it pulls well. Apparently the 3l engines actually give more problems.

This is what I don't get about van prices. I'm looking at a 16 plate with 40-50k on it for £16,500+VAT but then theres 13 plates with 110k on the clock for 8k. They seem to hold their value really well then plummit of the face of the earth!

Out of interest, anyone know of any common issues with the 2015/16 transits? I can't really find anything online that points out a major common issue. Obviously the usual clutch checks and inspections, anything specific to look for?

Yep, I have owned 2 fords now, a focus and a Volvo. tbh, I have never had a day where they didn't start. The biggest mess up was the turbo seal on the volvo going and it hitting about 15,000 rpm in a millisecond whilst melting the injectors to the head. I chucked it in 6th and stalled it out as it went full runaway and it blew the clutch up... Apart from that they have been golden. That focus I bought from a dealer and sold 2 years and 15,000 miles later for £200 less than I paid!
