What's the catch with this?

Been thinking of getting a contract phone after years of being a pay as you goer. Came across this deal from vodaphone for sim only - is 600 min per month generous?

Sounds alright then! I don't chat for long on the phone but I'm concerned that I might go over the free mins and start paying much more.

!?!?...at 600 mins a month. That's 10 hours. Two & a half hours a week. Surely you can't chat on a mobile for longer than that?

I am on a tesco contract and if i top up by £10 i get another £10 free. lasts all month with lots of calls and texts:thumbup1:

the thing is vodphone are useful i can normaly get signal in the arse end of nowhere, great for in a woodland or out on the moors

No its not, but phones are so cheap anyway......

 

I cant fault them as reception is exceptional even where vodaphone and orange struggle.

 

Another bonus is its a month by month contract so can be cancelled at any time with no hassle and fees etc.

 

We use windows mobile phones and iphones with it inc using for web access and push email

Vodaphone are useless in the North West and Scotland, we use ours for running DGPS correction when doing high accuracy gps mapping on moors etc for wind energy projects.

 

Also i found with Vphone is there customer service is useless...... Tesco's call centre is based in Greater Manchester (Bury) and they are really on the ball....
