Yep have made enquires also about these via an Avant dealership. Never used or seen one other than on u tube though!!

I’ve got a cheap 3 point linkage one from eBay and the 3 point linkage adapter from avant on mine... will split pretty much anything. Splitter cost about £500 and 3 point attachment was about £300 ish

I’ve also run a old splitta 360 from fuelwood from my avant... can do a ibc cage worth of logs in a few mins

Thanks I think I will go with the linkage idea and I also have contacted Mick's guy so hopefully will hear back and have a log splitter soon!!

Mick is your log splitter base able to sit on the ground I notice it isn't in the picture? and I think I would need mine to be able to do so?
