So when I broke and dislocated my ankle I looked into all sorts of supports and there was one that I cant remember what it was called but it was like an exo skeleton that could be worn in a normal boot ,sports injury sites are the best places to look ,try an exersise ball when you are sat down at night to build the muscle

Have you sprained them at work whilst wearing proper chainsaw boots. Maybe you need to look across the full range of boots available because there’s some good ones out there with some more like mountain boots and give good ankle support.

Trouble is with all this. Any over support weakens the muscle mass around the joint-  is why back belts are discouraged in Forestry, yr better building the muscle up.  However i love mine on fr lifting an good place fr yr tape.  K
