retracing rope through the tree

Thought id post some pics (hope ya dont mind rupe, it was after your vid that i thought of doing the pics) on how to retrace your rope through the canopy. and i hope it makes sense:001_smile:

it would of been a laugh if you never tied off the hitch climber, you would of had a lot of annoyed climbers all over the world cursing your name, ha ha. Then going looking for ladders to retrieve their stuff:biggrin:

was telling my mate how to do it a while ago and he made the marlin spike but didnt clip into it, voila hc sent about 15m up into the canopy and him stuck where he was.

have you never done this before mark on big trees to save climbing up just to come down a feet beside yourself on the other side of the limb, it works well on big monster sycamores with those big long lateral limbs, or a really tight big chessy pollard:thumbup1:
