024 piston and cylinder replacement.

Hi. I have an 024 that runs ok but has a scored piston and cylinder. Thinking about replacing them but can't find oem parts.

Any suggestions on which parts to use?

Meteor is a good brand, I’m running a piston in a MS261. Hyway ain’t bad and cheaper.
You could try and source a used set, but that can bite you if depending. I got a used cylinder, and the photos didn’t show the damage to the port lips, so try and make sure it’s in good condition.
If the cylinder is lightly scored, a clean up, new piston and rings, good to go.

Good chance your pot will clean up unless badly chipped or very deep scoring. As said meteor is a good italian non original brand. Had one in my 361 for about 7 years with no bother
