Buy it NOW, we submitted a bid for 9.5 acres in surrey and valued it at 10k per acre- it sold for 140k.

Land- they dont make it anymore

You dont mention what the factory does and I am sure your solicitor would deal with this but just ensure that there is no contamination of any sort on the land... it does sound a little to good to be true.

I should have added that it is mainly birch and pop, few ash and sycamore but mainly selfseeded stuff on old mining land, but not landfill. Have not seen mining report yet though.

Woodland down here has made 5-7k regularly, esp in small aprcels with no plannig etc etc.
